Shireen and Alex had a really nice day for their London wedding. They were married in a stunning Greek Orthodox church in an extended service which encompassed their engagement ceremony as well as their marriage. Shireen and Alex were then whisked off to their venue in a private car while the guests and myself enjoyed a leisurely ride on one of two route master buses.
The celebrations then got in to full swing at their prestigious venue. One Great George Street, which is just a stones throw from Big Ben. Where we made sure to take full advantage of the backdrop and have some couple shots in front of the London landmark.
The venue itself was grand and impressive, the staff were amazing and ensured that every last detail ran like clockwork. The actual building was stunning providing ample opportunities for great wedding photos. Highlights for me included the arial confetti shot, where confetti was dropped from the second floor on to the waiting guests below. I particularly liked the balconies on the top floor also, however, at time of the wedding the venue were in the middle of refurbishments which limited some of the shots that could be taken.
Overall this was an amazing venue and such a great wedding.
